How do you ensure the creative work matches my brand? We take the time to understand your brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity. Throughout the process, we share drafts for your feedback to ensure everything aligns with your vision.
How do I provide feedback on creative projects? We make it easy for you to share feedback through tools like shared documents, project management platforms, or direct conversations with your account manager. Your input is essential to ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
How long does it take to complete a creative project?

Project timelines differ based on their scope. For instance, a basic design might be completed within an hour, logo designs could require 1-2 weeks, and a comprehensive branding package or video production might take several weeks. We will offer a detailed timeline during the onboarding process.

Do I own the creative work once it’s completed?

Once the project is finished and the final payment is received, you will gain complete ownership of the creative assets. We will make all your content available with full access through platforms like HubSpot, Dropbox, Google Drive, and others.

What happens if I want to make changes after the project is completed? We’re happy to make revisions post-project for an additional fee. Alternatively, we can set up a retainer agreement for ongoing creative support.
Can you handle both digital and print creative projects? Absolutely! Our team is skilled in creating designs for both digital platforms (web, social media, ads) and print materials (business cards, brochures, signage, etc.).
